The Modules at a Glance
Every module is in the left sidebar, in this order.

| Home | Your daily dashboard — headline numbers, the Talent Overview, incoming hires, alerts, succession coverage and recent activity |
| Talent Finder | Browse, search and filter your people — succession plans, criticality tags and bulk imports |
| Organisation Structure | See who reports to whom as a searchable list and a tree you can pan and zoom, and export it as a PDF or image |
| Career Navigator | Explore AI-suggested career paths, fit scores, skill gaps and development plans for any employee |
| Data Enrichment | Pull an employee's public LinkedIn profile to fill in their work history, certifications and skills |
| Chat With Data | Ask questions about your workforce in plain English or Bahasa Indonesia and get answers with tables and charts |
| Position Match | Pick a Workable vacancy and let AI rank the best-fit people in your talent pool, beside the applicants who already applied |
| Interview assessments | Read interview verdicts scored in SWORD — overall score and hire recommendation. Access is granted by an admin. |
| Talent movement | Follow who joined, moved or left since 2024, then open one person to walk their path. Access is granted by an admin. |
| Similarity Search | Pick your best people and find the closest look-alikes across your talent pool, by education, work experience and skills |
| User Admin | Add users, set which business units they can see, and grant module access. Only admins see this. |
If you don't see Interview assessments or Talent movement in your sidebar, you haven't been given access yet. Ask your TalentForge admin.
💡 Tip: The round AI button in the bottom-right corner of every page opens Chat With Data, so you can ask a question wherever you are.
