Interview assessments
Interview assessments shows the verdicts from job interviews scored in SWORD, the interview assessment tool your recruiters use. For each person interviewed you see their overall score, the hiring recommendation and how many interview rounds they have had — with a one-click way into SWORD for the full details.
TalentForge keeps only the verdict. Interview quotes, notes and the full case file stay in SWORD.
Who Can See It
This page is not open to everyone.
- Admins can always see it.
- Everyone else needs an admin to turn it on for them in User Admin. New accounts start without it.
If you don't have access:
- Interview assessments does not appear in your navigation sidebar.
- If you open the page directly, you see: "You do not have access to this page. Ask an admin to turn it on for you in User Admin."
- The guided tour skips this page.
💡 Tip: If an admin has just given you access, reload the page to see the menu item.
The Page Layout
Header
At the top of the page you'll find two buttons:

Summary tiles

Interview cards
Each person interviewed has a card. Cards are ordered by score, highest first; people without a score come last.

| Job | The vacancy they interviewed for (or "Job unknown") |
| Overall score | A score out of 5, with SWORD's label for that score. Shows — and "unscored" if SWORD hasn't scored them yet. |
| Recommendation | SWORD's hiring recommendation (see below), or No recommendation |
| Rounds | How many interview rounds they have had |
| Stale | SWORD has flagged this person's overall verdict as out of date. Open SWORD for the latest. |
| Open in SWORD | Opens this person's case file in SWORD in a new tab, already signed in |
The recommendation badge is colour-coded:

Hiring memos
Under the cards, a Memos line lists each hiring memo number with its current status.
If no interviews have arrived yet, the page shows "No interview verdicts in the cache yet."
Opening SWORD
Open SWORD (at the top) and Open in SWORD (on a card) both open SWORD in a new browser tab, already signed in. TalentForge stays open in your original tab.
To sign you in, TalentForge uses the email address on your TalentForge account. That email must already be on SWORD's own user list — TalentForge cannot add you there.
Note: If your browser blocks pop-ups, allow them for TalentForge, then try again.
How Up to Date Is It?
- TalentForge picks up new and updated interview verdicts from SWORD every 30 minutes.
- Interviews deleted in SWORD are also removed from this page.
- Refresh reloads what TalentForge already holds. It does not fetch new results from SWORD on demand — anything scored in the last half hour may not be here yet.
If Something Goes Wrong

| "Could not load interview assessments" | The list didn't load. Click Refresh. |
Limitations
- Verdicts only. Interview quotes, notes and evidence are not shown in TalentForge. Open SWORD to read them.
- No search or filters. The page lists everyone with an interview on file.
- Not limited to your business units. These are job applicants, not employees, so the list is the same for everyone who has access.
- Not instant. New results can take up to 30 minutes to appear.
Related: Incoming Hires on Home
The Home dashboard has an Incoming hires tile that every signed-in user can see, whether or not they have access to this page. It shows how many SWORD hiring memos sit in each stage — counts only, no names.
If you do have access, the tile also has a link to Interview assessments. If there are no hiring memos yet, the tile says "No hiring memos in SWORD yet."
Guided Tour
The first time you open this page, a short tour walks you through the header, the Open SWORD button and the cards. To see it again, click Take a tour at the bottom of the navigation sidebar.
